Default Slab Down

Got the slab for the new house poured today!

Took my boy out there because he loves anything to do with big trucks and tractors. He loved it.

I can't remember what the chemical or the concentration said on the inspection sheet. I remember seeing it. Just can't recall off the top of my head right now. Emerald Coast Pest Control did the pre-treat though.

One key thing though is that the porches and garage was all in a single pour. So no gaps between the garage and the house and between the porches and the house which termites like to come into the house!!!

Yup, I believe they call it a turn down slab. That's definitely the way to go!
