Default Shrimp boat anchored off Garson Point

Anyone know the story? It's been there at least months. I drove by today and it was hard to tell, but it seems to be listing. Could be aground and just that way at low tide (about 3 hours from now today)

Coming from GB, it's to the left, at the point just before the bridge ends.

Its the Gods Grace, its currently for sale. She's an offshore bottom dagger. It was kept for several year at Jeff Cloptons dock on Chico but I guess he kicked them out. Theres a lot of bad luck thats follows that boat

That sounds like a story! Care to elaborate?

Not really my business, but it is legal to leave a boat anchored for so long in a public waterway? I assume it's lit at night? I rarely fish that area, honestly just curious.
