Default Shooter on the loose

How the hell could the Assistance State Attorney David Rimmer suggest and Judge Ross Goodman allow the 17 year old killer who shot two other highschool kids out on $100,000 bond. Now our schools are in lockdown mode because they let this punk out.

Good job judicial system! Mcnesby might not be perfect, but there is no way he can keep us safe if the courts are going to let someone like this out. In my opinion this Assistant State Attorney and CircuitJudge put our children in much more danger than Jim Paul ever could have done by driving wasted in Tampa.

They will never admit it, but I'll tell you exactly why it happened. Remember a while back when that poor, innocent juvenile was being held as an adult and was allegedly raped ? There you go. This little punk, thug, gangbanging, murderingcrack slinger is out burning a fattie with his homies because the County is afraid of a lawsuit, and does not want the pius Rev Jessie Jackson coming to town, beating the war drums.

Probably Drug Money. But was it a cash only bond? It's not hard for dad or grandma to put up some collateral worth 10K.

I almost guarantee you the bondsman was a "family friend" who gave a preferred customer discount.

When setting a bond, you never, ever, set it with the assumption of ability to pay. You set the bond based on the level of accused crime, the protection of the public, and the probability of flight of the defendant.

murder charge with decent evidence shouldn'tbe allowedbail.. Common sense - well for everyone except those in our judicial system, obviously.

after talking to some of the teens in my neighborhood, they believe it was gang related and that there will be retaliation from friends of the boy that was shot.this is fkn ridiculous.if you claim to be in a gang it is a damn shame they cant just put a bullet in the backs of these punks head.:banghead:banghead
