Default San Marzano Canned Tomatos?

Does anybody have a source for DOP Certified canned San Marzano Tomatos.

I know it's weird to think to look for special canned tomatos, but these are what every Chef on TV turns to when they use canned tomatos.

I found some on the Internet, they are great, but a couple of the cans were crunched a bit.

They seriously have a quality taste that even a "fresh" tomato from a grocery store doesn't match. They were GREAT on pizza.

I've seen San Marzano but not the DOP certified canned tomatos.

They were pretty cheap on Amazon $2.99 plus shipping, but again, a couple of the cans were crunched but not leaking.

Here's a video:

Four Winds maybe?

They sell them at Publix and have been for a long time, Centos. They have another brand as well now but I can't remember the brand, has a mostly green label instead of yellow.

Walmart sells Centos as well.Could not tell you the price cause frankly I don't care cause I'm getting them no matter what the price is, yes they are that much better.

I looked at a couple specialty stores and they had a couple cans at Four Winds, East Hill Market, and Joe Patti's, all EXPENSIVE at $5.99 for a 28 oz can.

Then I was in the local Winn Dixie this afternoon and they were there for $2.99 a can.

The "DOP Certified" are supposed to be the best. That's what I found. They also had Centos San Marzano tomatos without the "DOP Certification" for a bit less at each store. But I think it's something they don't keep in stock, they just get more when the sell out.

I grew some from seed. They were Romas and you oughta taste them fresh right off the vine. Mmmmm good. Gonna grow some more next spring.
