It is awesome. My family and I go up there a lot mainly during the winter but, we do go in the summer! You should have a blast just make sure you get there early as possible! It is really hit and miss with people going up there on weekends. Some times it is packed and then the next weekend nobody! Have fun and try to leave some of those fish!!!

Oh yeah if you get bored walk over to Krul park and check out the water wheel, the suspension bridge, and some of the other stuff they have! It is along the trails!

Thanks guy's, knew the surveyor's in the bunch would come through. I am going to go up early Friday Morning and set up. The wife, kid and dog will follow later in the day, should be a good time.

My daughter and her nana go up there a few times during the summer and a few times over to "Munson Pool" (Krul Lake) during the year... They love it over there, they are actually going to Munson Pool tomorrow to stay through the weekend and we are having her B-day party over there Saturday. We don't live to far from there, so I grew up fishing and camping around there...You should enjoy it and like Twinkie said, you can take the nature trail and walk all the way to Munson pool from Bear Lake...

If Bear Lake is full see if they can call over to Hurricane Lake to see if they have any open spots and you can always use it as a backup and it's only a few miles away. The caretaker at Hurricane and his wife (Jimmy & Diane) are great hosts and will help you out if you need something. Good luck this weekend and have fun.
