You can be part of the problem or part of the solution, I choose the latter. I believe it is called..... wait for it ..... common courtesy!

lets argue semantics.... I have always found that useful...NOT! LMAO I do not claim, attempt to control, or force others behavior. I just get out of the way.... pretty simple. I can draw a diagram for those in need!!!!

Jgater....nice dodge...but you claimed it was law...now you said common courtesy. Guess that means you looked it up and found out the law changed.

If I am on the interstate I stay in the right hand lane except to pass....but if I am on US 98 and have a left hand turn coming up, you can ride my bumper all you want to. I don't get intimidated by tailgaters....what are youing to do...ram my truck....lol. I actually had an idiot in a SmartCar tailgate my jeep that was set up for offroad, complete with a rear bumper that would have totalled that little tin can.

Tailgate me for a ways and I slow down...sometimes below the speed limit.

Who is tailgating? I was referring to the interstate. I have never seen a slower traffic keep right sign on 98. Keep on keepin on brother but your fight ain't with me. LMAO. If you look in the rear view mirror and there is a pile of cars behind you and then you look forward and there are no cars in front of you......... wait for it.........YOU MIGHT JUST BE THE PROBLEM (interstate of course ) just for you Kinfish! PS I really find it humorous that you would assume this post meant so much to me that I would look something up lol FAIL

Good for you, ever think someone tailgating may have an emergency to attend to or other situation where they don't need people like you slowing them down? It's so much easier to be nice to people than to go out of your way to be an ass.

I stay in the left lane most of the time, because an insurance salesman once told me that just changing lanes increases the odds of an accident and doing it dozens of times a day is outright dangerous.
So I make the criminals change lanes. They are criminals after all.

Riding in the left lane especially when someone is going faster than you is illegal. So, you are actually the criminal too.

(3) On a road, street, or highway having two or more lanes allowing movement in the same direction, a driver may not continue to operate a motor vehicle in the furthermost left-hand lane if the driver knows or reasonably should know that he or she is being overtaken in that lane from the rear by a motor vehicle traveling at a higher rate of speed. This subsection does not apply to drivers operating a vehicle that is overtaking another vehicle proceeding in the same direction, or is preparing for a left turn at an intersection.
