Default Pratical uses for brake disks?

Just changed my brakes/disks on my Altima. There's some pretty good steel in my trash can right now. Was wondering if it would be worth to recycle, or if there are any local welders that would like it.

I haven't done a brake job in years but I remember having to pay a core deposit on brake shoes - refundable when you took the old ones back to the auto parts store.

If they're worth more a couple bucks I'd be glad to sell em, but then again it might not be worth the drive, So I was gonna see if any of yall want em, kinda like a Craigslist Free section but less sketchy.
