Home made Lasagna for Lunch anyone ?? ... served with toasted Garlic bread , Grilled Reuben with German Potato Salad , Club Sandwich with Sunomono Salad or Curried Cole Slaw , and the Cheezyburger with Waffle or Sweet Potato Fries

Saturday we are staying OPEN through Dinner and showing the Elite 8 NCAA Tournament on the BIG screen and flat screens in the main room ... we will serve Appetizers and Sandwiches during the games , but I can cook anything that we have for you too ... 1st game is at 3:25 P.M. ... Buckets of Beer specials too

Stuffed Manicotti is the Special for Thursday ... Spinach , Mozzarella , Romano , Parmesan , Ricotta , Fontina and Asiago cheeses with Roasted Garlic , served in a Wine infused Tomato Sauce , with toasted Garlic bread

A few new things were trying today : "Irish Nachos" & "Traditional Nachos" as appetizers , and
6 Cheese & Spinach stuffed Manicotti , Homemade Lasagna , The Grilled Reuben and The Club Sandwich with Sunomono or Curried Cole Slaw are the specials for Lunch today ...

Cold out there this morning ... White Chicken Chili , Gumbo and Chili Con Carne for Lunch , in addition to Irish Nachos & Traditional Nachos as appetizers ... 6 Cheese & Spinach stuffed Manicotti too

Panang Chicken Curry : Chicken breast sauteed in a Red Curry paste with Red Onions & Scallions , de-glazed with Coconut Milk , Julienne Zucchini and Squash , with Red , Yellow , Green and Orange Bell Peppers ... slowly stewed and served with Jasmine Rice ... DELISH !!!

Purchased some Cobia and Mingo Snappers ... gonna do the Pesca Escabeche entree' with the Mingos , and probably Blackened Cobia Medallions with Pasta Alfredo and a steamed Vegetable medley ... Prom Night is this Saturday , we will have Specials for the Prom attendees and their dates as well , and planning to do an Easter Sunday Brunch for the after Church crowd ... NOBODY has a traditional Brunch anywhere NEAR the West side ...
