No offense (double entendre/pun intended, Gruden's NFL offense was never ranked higher than 18th), Bullshark, but you can have Gruden. I don't think it will happen anyway, but if it does it makes little to no sense. The dude liked to employ the services of NFL players over the age of 30 because he hated to/sucked at grooming them (or coaching them). I don't see why he'd leave a million dollar salary at MNF or turn down the Cowboys job (if he gets offered, probably will) to go coach a bunch of kids and have to recruit, which he wouldn't wouldn't have to do in Dallas. Maybe you'll get him, and maybe he'll work out great, but I just don't see it happening. Good luck though, I want Miami to be a credible team and work their way back up with FSU. I wanna see the ACC actually gain some credibility in the next 5 years. A good FSU, VT, Miami, GT, NC State and Clemson could really help that happen. Anyway.... GO NOLES!!!

If it happens I think it's a good hire. He's a proven winner in the NFL and knows how to get players ready for the NFL which will be a great selling point for recruiting.

He did well with the Raiders, but aside from that I'd hardly call him a proven winner. He won a SB with Dungy's players against a team using his playbook. He never did squat after that and the Bucs fell apart. Like I said, maybe he'll do great, it's actually looking more and more like it's going to happen. Lots of credible sources reporting it's a done deal. Don't really see how UM can afford 3.5 mil a year and afford a top notch staff of assistant coaches when they don't exactly have the deep pockets like UF, OU, etc.
