Default Pay your mortgage lady!

A new homeowner checking out a newly purchased property in Cape Canaveral made a gruesome discovery after coming across a body lying in a car inside the home’s garage, officials report.

The body was found about 11:53 a.m. today at a home on the 200 block of Cherie Down Lane, officials reported.

Deputies located the body of a woman inside of a Chevy Nova and were questioning neighbors, officials reported.

The new owner told officers that he recently purchased the foreclosed property and was making an entry into the home, records show.

The man then walked into the garage and found the car. Inside, the corpse was wearing a dress and lying across the passenger seat in the car parked in the garage.

It was not immediately known how long the body was inside of the garage or whether the woman died naturally or was the victim of foul play, officials reported.

Homicide agents are now attempting to identify the woman.

The body will be turned over to the medical examiner’s office for an autopsy.

An investigation is ongoing

Here's the kicker: Deputies were called in August last year by concerned neighbors, they looked in windows and found nothing. The response to the neighbors..."There's no sign of forced entry, we can't go inside. If you see flies or smell bad odors, call us"

I wonder how truly alone a person is for nobody to notice they are dead for 15 months

I wonder if this will adversely affect her credit

Was she foreclosed upon because she had passed and could not make the payments?

Or did she end her life because she to be foreclosed upon?

I wonder which model Nova.

Friends are most valuable, it appears she may have had known.
