Default Old Weller whiskey

Dad has a sealed bottle of old Weller, I believe from 1977 with box. Any idea of value?

He is going to get rid of some bottles. He has the old Weller. A large bottle of crown on a swivel (it's been opened) a bulldog decanter, some empty wild Turkey ones and a few others. If I can ever figure out a value on the old Weller it will be for sale. He inherited it from his dad

Very cool bottle. I’d like to sit it next to my current Weller’s.

Just like Ol' Yeller, you will cry when your Old Weller dies. At this point it's a collectible dang it and would take a marriage or divorce or lottery win to crack the box.

My brother in Atlanta says one place gets in maybe 6 bottles once in awhile and the 107 is VERY hard to find. In the old days they use
Market well & a bottle of water with it weller & water
