Who collects them? Habitat has more than they need. Have 2 working takeouts. Was thinking reef.....

If you can't catch shit at a reef made of toilets then I think you need to find a new hobby.

I heard there a toilet reef not too far from NAS pier, just a little north....

Fill the bowl and tank with concrete. Not too much so you and another person cant pick them up and dump them puppies in the bay, mark the spot and anytime you have something that wont effect the environment go back to that same spot and add to it, you dont have to be in deep water, you want a good grouper hole in the bay find you a spot where its about 35 and then drops off a little deeper. Dont get caught or you might get some community service or something, you wouldnt know how many people make reefs out there. Grouper and snapper dont need to be in deep water, but you want to do it out of the channel and in a spot where the shrimp boats dont go.
