Without NRA and other Gun Rights groups, they'd already have achieved their goal of disarming our nation. The only people with guns would be criminals and police.

I've owned and used guns my entire life, but only joined NRA post Obama. Just listen to the news today that ODouchebag will go it alone via executive order on new gun laws.

http://www.wnd.com/2015/12/obama-cha...n-gun-control/

He says he's going after gun show loophole, even though Justice Dept data shows only 0.7% of gun crimes were associated with weapons bought at a gun show. The articles says "What the gun grabbers are really after are transactions between private individuals trading or selling their personal property.” So what next, I can't pass down a gun to my kids without a background check? I'll bet he attempts runs at removable magazines, magazine capacities and the like. Oh, by the way he has enlisted Valerie Jarrett to write the new laws for him.

So, his administration can't protect American citizens from terrorists, so he wants to put the blame on American citizens, and he wants to reduce American's ability to protect themselves.

What about them pipe bombs OSh!thead? Or those knives?

Darned right I now support NRA. And I have purchased a lot more new guns and ammo, knowing this was coming. Better stock up.

Been a member for almost 50 years. If there was a organization like the NRA we would not find ourselves in the position we are in today.

Whenever possible, I've tried to tote my share of the load, pay my share or more of expenses, contribute more beer than I'll drink to the cooler, etc...

I'm amazed at how many gun owners just sit back and let the NRA do all the work without trying to help in the least.
