Default Newspaper Delivery Problems

Since I've moved to Santa Rosa County, near Bagdad, can't get the News Journal or Santa Rosa Press Gazette delivered with any regularity. Can't call them because there is no one there. Called the News Journal this morning and got a recording saying they were "sorry but we are not open until 8:00 a.m.." I called at 10:00 a.m. !!?? Is it an area wide problem, a Santa Rosa problem, or just me? Had great service when I lived in Pensacola a number of years ago.

I have lived in Santa Rosa county, Milton area since 1993.
I've subscribed to the News Journal twice in that time and both times ended up cancelling my subscription because of delivery problems.
Not getting the paper.
Ran over in the street.
Soaking wet from rain.
I just go and buy one every day now.
Convenience store is a block away and I hang around and BS with the owner for a while.
