Default Need recommendations for a new doctor

I need recommendations for a General Practitioner and Endocrinologist, fairly new to area and have no idea about doctors here. Any insight would be appreciated.

Doc Ryan at woodlands is good. They have a lot of in house things, I wouldn't recommend the other Doc

Dr. Riches is my Dad's Endocrinologist. He is very good, but you have to do what he ask or he ain't happy. My Dad might check his sugar twice a day and Dr. Riche wants him to do it 4 times since day.

I recommend Dr. Reed Gahagan as a PCP. He has been taking care of this old dude for several years. His office is off 9Mile Rd & Pine Forest. 850-478-2333

My wife has been using Dr. Riches, Endo. For years and loves him. He is one of if not the best in the area.

I'd stay away from the Woodlands. I went there for a procedure (Urology) and was told I was all set w/my insurance. Low and behold the lab they used said they were "out of system" and are trying to charge me $7500!!!! WTF! That's like $6300 over what my insurance paid them! F them and the horse they rode in on. And good luck getting that kind of $$ from me for frickin' lab work.
