Murf, Verizon and android system the droids are really great for tethering to your laptop with pda.net. Stay away from I phone and ATT, that's just my opinion so no bashing I know a lot of people swear by AT&T. Verizon has unlimited data for 30 smackers a month.

How is the pictures and recorder on the Droid X?

A guy at work had one and I only saw one pix on it from a distance. Never saw any video that he took with it.

All the guys at work have the sprint things that they hook up to there laptops. Even the at&t guys tell me don't get at&t for the internet. At&t is the way to go for phone service down in Fouchon but it seems sprint is the way to go for internet.
