Default my WII want power up

what could i be missing ? changed power connection and still nothing. is there a reset button ? no power at all.

I couldn't get mine to work until I unplugged my video S cord. I can't remember if it would power up or not but it wouldn't work.

no its was plugged into surge protector thing. the surge protector is working fine because several other things are working off of it. it just want power up.

that was it, thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unplugged the video cords, waited 30 sec, and re-plugged " if thats a word " and she fired right up !!!!! thanks again. a cold one is on me !

the other thing to remember is if the power ever blinks, you need to unplug the unit, from the wall, for at least 2 minutes.

this happens to us all the time

Mine did the exact same thing a few weeks ago, except I wasn't smart enough to figure out all you had to do was unplug the video cable and re-connect everything. I was so mad, I took the damn thing back to best buy for an exchange and the lady took it out of the box and plugged it right in and it worked fine. :banghead :banghead So back to Cantonment I went, got home and plugged everything back in and it's been working ever since. Technology for ya!
