Sounds great Chris. I don't make it over that way very often, but when I do I will stop by for sure. Good Luck!!

I agree with Bullshark. I love the humor and the light-hearted tone of the menu, but I think the Vietnamese part will get you in trouble. Not trouble, but will turn folks off.

I agree with the catfish. I know it's what is served in a lot of restaurants but it turns me off every time I hear it. Also, what is the theme? It seems like a lower budget gourmet type place but the misspelling of sandwiches kind of threw me off (cajun?). Overall it sounds good and I'll be sure to come by.

Looks good Chris, see ya when you open!

I wanna try that step on / mash it thin filet here at home....what recommended batter off the store shelf and what oil/s should I use? I know it won't be as good as EAT's, but always looking to try something new.

Menu looks pretty good but I would ditch the Viet Catfish, we live on the gulf coast, there its fresh fish every where why serve that fish over fresh grouper, flounder, etc.

Love the comments! yall rock ok to answer a few questions

Mike- the oysters are more because you really get 12 oysters...one in the shell broiled and one on top...remember how we did them at the cookoff?

Viatnamese catfish....I guess I wanna blow the lid off the industry. I mean we hear every day how hhorrible all kinds of food are but we still eat it...Like i said we have been duped into eating it for years...Hate it when someone pays 44.00lb for it in a restaurant...

Sammich....everyday when I bring my 3 yr old home from school she tells me she has a sammich...she wants to name a dog if we get one sammich and hell I like it...I do not want the mood or the food to be intimidating...

THE goal is to serve awesome high end food for the price it should be...im tired of overpriced food....

Keep the comments coming. I am going to try and see how the catfish thing goes...Ill be the first to admt defeat and change it...

Did I miss any questions lol? I look forward to seeing each and every one of yall
