The other two involved have been charged with second degree murder. And even though it was probably a deal gone bad, in my book the guy is still a hero. He took one lowlife wannabe "thug" off the streets for good. Too damn bad he didn't get the other two. I woulda bought him dinner.

Sounds like a pretty even match to me, he was armed, they were armed, possibly a 3 to 1 armed confrontation. He walked away most of them walked away.

I will wait to see who was dealing and who was buying and who may have gotten all screwed up and got lost on the highway and wound up on the wrong street corner. As Sgt. Joe Friday always said, "Just the facts, ma'am."

SO is it true that the 25 year old was a Barber and has never been in trouble with the law and been robbed by these same guys before? I don't know how to look that stuff up.

If he hasn't been in trouble with the law, doesn't mean he hasn't done things just not caught, I see nothing wrong with a 25 yr old hanging out on the corner at that time trying to pick up some of the desirable women that hang out at that spot around that time.

I'm a 20 year SAILOR vetern, can't say that scenerio hasn't crossed my path, once or TWICE. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish they would hurry up and legalise drugs and save us taxpayers money and put theses nig nogs out of business. I think what you put into your body should be your choice. To think of were the 15 billion a year they spend on the " War on Drugs" could've gone, makes me sick. And thats not ever the money they spend housing the nonviolent potheads that end up behind bars. Just venting , sorry

Still wondering if this was true once everyone seems to think it was a drug deal gone bad? I was able to look up the Cornell Stallworth Jr. in the ECPD mug shots but it showed him as never being in jail, thats if I looked in the right place and did it right.

Supposedlly he bought the gun 3 months ago, they tracked that pretty fast huh, after he was robbed.

Just wondering...
