Default Lost key

Have a cheap gun safe ,took key off my ring after 12 years and lost it. Anyone know how to get the locks open ,it has 2 that looks like coke machine keys . (round) thanks.

can you Cut a hole in the back W/ holesaw and reach thuough and undo linkage?? Could cover the hole w/ patch and locknuts....

I had to drill mine, then you can get a new lock at any hardware store for a couple bucks

Default Lock

Take to locksmith ,locksmith to safe ,heavy drill good bits . Not easy to open yourself, $52.00 To open at locksmiths ,thier bonded and have background checks .dont know charge to house where you at/near what area .maxfold

Call ace unlocks 505-7545 they have a master set of those locks and can make you a new one with out ruining your safe.

It's a cheap safe and i have a big drill and bits ,do i drill a hole about the size of the center ,bigger or smaller.

If you drill it just go slow with a good bit and lubricate with something to keep it cool. I drilled a pilot how in the middle of the lock then redrilled with a bit the exact same size as the center of the lock hole. It ended up the back just fell off of the lock. Took about 15 min to take apart I bought a new lock for 5 bucks or so.

Just found spare key , After two days of looking ,it was in the last place i looked(always is) ,in the other safe ,where i put it . Getting old sucks should have remembered that. Thanks for all the help ,now i,ll get a spare made and try to remember where the hell i put it.
