Y'all should really read the entire article.

The guy was running a commercial smoking operation from his residence. He was warned several times and they finally cracked down on it.

I'd be pissed too if my neighbor built commercial sized smokers and ran them 24x7!

My neighbors complained on me using the one small smoker I have in may backyard.
The county suggested I stop using the chunks of black wood I was collecting from the sides of the train tracks.
