Jig n Hawgs (2/7/2008)I wonder what happens now, will they be charged for stolen identities, serve time, then be deported? Or will they just deport them?
Seriously? They'll give them a special visa and allow them to work and live while waiting a trial that will never come. The public defenders office will plea them down to nothing and then they'll disappear or be given amnesty.

They will never leave.

you know that's really funny. I called and made a to-go order yesterday afternoon at the Davis location, but when I got there to pick it up, they were closed "due to an emergency". I figured that was what had happened. Guess I was right...

floridays (2/7/2008)At least they were working and not on lifetimesocial assistance. The real criminal is whoever sells them social security numbers.
More than likely that was another illegal. Often they arrange the entire thing from transportation here to false papers,id's and jobs before they cross the border. They thenpay off their debt to the mules or handlers weekly. Failure to pay on time can be brutal and even deadly.

This is a very important issue that deserves a lot of attention, especially during an election year. With some of the biggest political issues: universal health care, the war in Iraq, no child left behind act, our economy, and illegal immigration, I think we all need to pay special attention to the issue of illegal immigrants in the US and vote for the candidate that makes the strongest stance against it. Unfortunately that is not Mccain. As a registered republican and an american that realizes our economy is continuing to get worse and we cannot keep borrowing from china I will be the first to say that I will vote for anyone other than Mccain. The second largest revenue for Mexico is our money. Those are US dollars being taken out of circulation here and being sent to Mexico. A lot of things have do be done in order to have long term permanent changes to our economy. First of all we need a trade tax on everything coming into the US. Second of all we need to start producing some of our own high tech products. These two solutions will not bring immediate solutions, but the longterm effect will keep much of our currency circulating in the US. The only immediate solutions that we have that will make a small yet positive impact on our economy is to start punishing employers for hiring illegal immigrants. There is a Federal website that gives employers an opportunity to check social security numbers. Once we start punishing employers immigrants will be foced to return to their country. We sure dont need a candidate that is not ever going to make the illegal immigrants return to mexico where they've been sending US currency and causing our economy to go down and prices to go up. That is what we will get with Mccain. He is going to allow the immigrants to apply for a visa and stay here until it comes in. sorry this is so long... This is a very serious issue that directly effects every one of us. :usaflag

They have violated Civil laws when they enter the country without a Visa.If for some reason they are caught and re-enter they are banned for 5 years

Now when they commit a crime and are found guilty a Detainer is placed on them for ICE. There is a political push from the higher ups at ICE to get the criminal illigal immigrants out. When they are deported if they re-enter, which they all do, and are caught again, they have committed a crime.

Unfortunately besides fraud many of the crimes they are arrested for include sex crimes and other violent crimes. Working in law enforcement and being a resident ofSanta Rosa County I am veryhappy with Sheriff Hall's efforts.

I stopped at Okki and El Rodeo yesterday and they where busy so I decided to go back later, When I got back Okki was closed for "hood vent repair" and El Rodeo appeared to be open. As I drove around back there was a bunch of Aim officers standing out back. I guess they are both closed until further notice. Well at least Okki is,
