I haven't made any for a few months because when my son and his ravenous crowd hit the river cabin they will inhale 10 pounds in about 10 minutes. I tried hiding it in the freezer but the little scavengers found it.
I use the Open Country dehydrators. I have 2 of them and have added extra trays. I use ground venison and the jerky shooter. I also use the Lem jerky seasoning, but only use half the recipe to cut down on sodium.
It is awesome, and I think I'll make a batch this week! And hide it better.
