Default It's Big Green Egg time!

this is some of the yellow fin we caught on saturday!









man, there is nothing like fresh TUNA!! it turned out great!!

this was sunday night. we grilled the fresh AJ last night. sorry no pic's!! the amberjack was as good as the tune, if you can believe that!!

Murph i agree! if you notice 1 fillet is much thicker than the others. mine was raw in the middle. Tobbe will not eat it if it is pink inside. i am still working on that!

Yes, I was thinking over cooked but I'd still eat it. I love YFT anyway you slice it!
