Default indoor floodlight troubleshooting

I have indoor floodlights (I guess technically speaking they are recessed lights?) in several rooms. I have no issues in the bathroom, but in the kitchen the lights blow out in no time (in a matter of a couple of weeks or sometimes days). Does anybody have an explanation for or advice on this issue? TIA and peace.

Those bulb will not take any vibration when they are lit up. If there are rooms above them, just the vibration of kids will break the filaments.

I battled this until I bit the bullet and started replacing them with the fluorescent indoor floods. They cost about twice as much but last about five times longer.
