Default I got broken into again today!

This is really pissing me off. They got nothing this time. Get this it turns out last week after the first 2 break in's a neighbor call the cops because some guy was looking through my windows. The fricken landlord never told me! I found that out today from a neighbor. Can anyone give me info on bow to get out of the lease. I can't have the family there anymore.

Simple... Tell the landlord, you void this lease immediately as you have not provided a safe place to shelter my family... If he refuses... let him know that you have let POWERFUL people know of the situation (YOU HAVE) and it won't be in his best business/financial interests to have anything else occur. Since he cannot prevent that, he might consider the lease release his best option.

That's the problem. They paid for ADT last week but they won't do the garage because they can't get to us from there. I only owe like 4 more months so 6k so I don't think they will take me to court.

The gargae needs security since you park in there... So a bad guy can be hunkered down hid after he jimmied the door and kill your wife for the car keys and it is okay with the landlord? I would tell him, in no uncertain terms, that is in his wisest judgement to just let you out of the lease with ZERO costs to you!

You do realize you have the "Redneck Regime" behind you, right!

You can get out of that lease easy. If the landlord knew there was a security problem before you can get out of the lease since he put your family in a dangerous position. Screw him and leave, its not worth you or your families safety.
