I would talk to my doctor about it for sure if this is new , you have history or no history , you can not come to terms with a remedy or it is a major problem in your life.

You can sleep when you're dead, just think how much extra time you are living!! I'd take the time to get some work done, or learn to speak a new language, or play an instrument.

Lebanese hash, couple glasses of red wine, 1 ea. 10mg Valium and Xanax, blend with milk and either chocolate or vanilla ice cream and take before bedtime, works like a champ for me.

It has the active ingredant of Tylenol pm and other sleep aids without the unnecessary stuff. Works for me every time
