Floater -this has just intrigued me to read about this. I can't imagine anyone wanting exhume bodies unless foul play or a highway is going through the cemetary. It would be interesting to know more from your uncle's perspective as to why he wants to change the final resting place. It sounds like he wants them all buried together as a family. It would seem to me that he should buy a lot next or near them for himself.
