+1 Excellent advice.

FWIW,

Try to be the opposite kind of 'a' hole... I make a point of letting people in when I see they are in a bind (pulling boats, trying to merge)... sometimes it sets folks off behind me (I am not unsafe about this, just try to be courteous).

I figure the ones that get pissed off if I am being courteous are the ones who are more likely wound too tight anyway.

It was a Taco Bell Burrito in my face, and I gave chase. The rest of the story will NEVER be reduced to writing.

However, it will and has been told many times over a beer.

Wirelessly posted

I had a guy do that to me at Hwy 29/I-10, I slung the contents of my 32 oz. spit cup on him. It was full of spit and paper towels. Never seen him again but, I would put money on it that he still remembers it 15 years later.

I bowed up on a feller who failed to go twice with green arrows... I got out (all whoppin 135 18 year old pounds) and this big sumbeach steps out whit a genuine "hog leg" (atleast a 10 inch barrel) in hand... I decided right then he could take as long as he likes to go next time it turns green.

I ran down a drunk (beer in lap) that threatened my safety on my bike. Wifey on back Jr. at granny's an infant at the time...

I took his beer and keys out of his car when he parked at the county repair garage to run in beggin' for help from the "Crazed Biker Guy"! Deputy refuses to charge the guy (guy was retired county worker they all knew) and threatened to charge me with "Burglary of a conveyance" "Terroristic threats" (or similar name), verbal assault and some more I cannot even remember...

I would have grinned ear to ear and have blown him a kiss!

........this really pisses off people that are trying to get a rise out of you!

......now, if I felt threatened, or some possible bodily injury may occur to myself; "bessie" my 357 mag would be out from under the front seat to make their acquaintance.....only as a last resort, of course.

Probably would let them rant, and after that, spend a little more time getting familiar with your performance characteristics when trailering so that you would not cause anyone's rage in the future.
