Default Hot New Craze in New Orleans

I witnessed this a couple weeks ago while working in New Orleans. I was on I10 headed over to the west bank to work. I thought it was an isolated incident. Apparently it's the New Craze in NOLA.

I don't really care for cats, but that's sick.

That is kinda wrong. Lot easier just to shoot em. More humane to. In my opinion.

Kittens, puppies, whatever, doesn't matter. Anyone who would do that is a sick ####, not worthy of the air they consume.

Not to mention the possible injuries/fatalities that could be caused by the chain reaction, multi-car accidents this could cause.

I don't like cats. I also do not like people from Louisiana.

That is a pretty awful thing to do to kittens even in Louisiana.
