Default HDTV antenna

Does anyone use an antenna to pick up HDTV signals in the Gulf Breeze (Polyneasan Ilse) area? I usually set a TV outside for the Saints games and run a cable out to it. Now I have a TV with an HDTV tuner and was wondering if the Fox signal would be strong enough. Any recommendations on a cheap passive antenna would be helpful too. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response. I just hooked up some rabbit ears and did a channel scan. It found 20 something channels as well. Figures that Fox wasn't one of them.

About a mile west of Navarre I use a big rooftop antenna with a Radio Shack booster for hdtv, and only once in a blue moon can I pick up Fox.

All of the major network broadcast towers are over Spanish Fort, AL. way.
In the 309-323 degree range for me.
I get Fox but lately it seems to be a weaker signal as it will break up sometimes.
Go here and plug in your address and it will show you what direction and how far away the towers are, etc.

Thanks for the info. According to that site I'll need a large directional antenna to pick up Fox. I'll be switching to ATT Uverse soon so I'll just run the HD box outside with the TV. Thanks again!
