yep, that's why I prefer Tokyo... the quality of the fish seems to be more consistantly fresh there.
I'm not so much into the rolls. Just give me some nigiri and/or sashimi, just a chunk of fish with (nigiri) or without (sashimi) the rice.

Any place can make a decent roll. Not all the places can put a chunk of raw fish in front of me that I Want to eat.

Wade, I've been to most of these and Horizen and Shan Kishi are by far the best. That's where I take my family. I'm eating left overs from Horizon as I type.

I have to put my vote in for Nippon too. You can't beat the price! Yes, it's all you can eat, but it is good, maybe not the best in town, but definitely the best for the money. The owner/chief chef, Chuck, came from Fuji's and sells to Apple Market. His wife is a waitress and his daughter works as hostess on occasion. Great people, great service, and great food!
