I think what they did was right. Everyone that is saying that shouldn't have done it I guarantee if a dog walked up there and she did that everyone would have been appalled. If she wouldn't have been convicted for that we would all be raising cain!! Now what's the difference between a goose and a dog nothing.

Never had a goose sleep at the foot of my bed or wag its tail when he/she hears my truck round the corner. Never had a dog shit 45 slimy little piles all over the yard each day and peck at my kids.

First, I sure hope they do not cook her goose for kicking a goose.

Now if somebody shot it, killed it, and took it home to eat it, that would be Okay? Heck yes, and many may even mount the thing, and hang it on a wall.

No one on here would say a word.

They are many things we do not know about this incident, except we all do know geese can be very aggressive. Much more so than a pelican at 3 mile. And I have hit those pelican's many times, with a pole, to teach them to stay away, to avoid the hook.

We can speculate all day long, about what really happened, prior to the goose kick off.

New information released this morning that the goose had just bought Arizona Watermelon drink and skittles at the store just before the alleged attack!

Sent from my Galaxy S4 using Forum Runner.

when I lived in Tallahassee in the 80's, my 7 year old son was terrorized at his school bus stop by a crazy goose, and not just once but daily. I wish that this girl was there then to defend him.

Geese can definitely be aggressive....I've been to this place where she kicked the goose and most of those geese will not attack. She's obviously putting on a show and definitely needs a good spank on the rear end, but when the news said she could be subject to felony charges, don't think so....She needs some community service hours at a local animal shelter especially dealing w/ abused and neglected animals then call it a lesson...

Here is a couple of pictures of our geese. The first is a day or two after my wife brought them home from the feed store. The second is a few months later, by the time the second picture had been taken they had both done a deal with the devil.
