They owe me $8,000 + of un payed work when they let me go for not screwing someone out money when work was not needed. That company was unreal, I was there for about 4 or 5 years.

The last time I ate at Flounders was a Monday night during a fishing seminar. The food was so awful and overpriced that I decided to never return. If I eat on the beach, I like Peglegs better than the others, but never seen inside the kitchen. I probably don't want to see inside kitchens. Several of my daughter's friends have said the beach restaurants don't try too hard because they don't expect return business. It is good to know that Ruby Tuesday's kitchen is well managed. I like their salad bar.

It is very hard to find a restaurant in this area that does not just takes frozen food and warm it. What ever happened to FRESH fish along the gulf coast. Pretty sad. Most people can cook better at home than what they are served.

I deliver 600-900 pieces (every day ) of fresh to frozen food to a lot of local restaurants from Pensacola to Bay St. Louis Mississippi, and I will say that Zaxbys is the cleanest restaurant hands down. Even The high dollar restaurants are not clean ( food in the walk ins are not even covered up ).

Order everything deep fried and you will be fine!

My oldest son was a cook at several restaurants around Pensacola and said Jaco's on the bay was the cleanest he ever worked in. Owner made them scrub the kitchen every night after closing top to bottom.

He said Chili's on Bayou blvd. was nasty, especially the steamer/smoker used to cook the baby back ribs.
