Default Directv Question

A few of my friends and I leased some hunting land in the Brooklyn, AL area this year. We have trailer with a tv and a generator, but we doin't have an antenna or a converter box. I do have an extra directv dish and a box, that is currently used in another room in my house.

My question is this: Can I hook all this up out there and get it to work?
I got on the Directv website and got the Elevation & Azimuth for the area, how hard would it be to get it dailed in?

The main goal here is to get CBS at 1:30 on Friday

Thanks, Kevin

Yes it will work - We use a spare dish and my garage reciever when we go camping (5th wheel style).

Got that exact setup at my place in Evergreen. $5 a month!

Works great...I have a tv on outside of 5th wheel also, so can really fine tune the signal pretty quick. Would be lost without my sat tv....no more cable, although it can be annoying when it rains. Deer are walking then tho....

If your box is not unplugged for more than 24 hours it won't get zapped and you don't have to pay anything more than you already do. We did it all the time. We have been getting local stations in Auburn for years.
