The second angle does look a little more favorable to the cop. This doesn't excuse the fact that when the other officer had ahold of the girl, the cop in question takes a cheap shot and drills her in the face.

Obviously he wasn't trying to hurt the black girl he had ahold of first or he would have just snatched her butt off the chair and put her in handcuffs instead of using his baby gloves and try to ease her off the seat. Then her friend crossed the line and decided she wanted some and got what she asked for... I would say he used great restraint...

A woman should never be hit in the face by a man... no matter how much she was asking for it. Just my opinion

Bald officer was not doing what he should have. The white girl should have been restrained by bald officer imediately.
I think officer #1 was out of line with the hit. Looks like police brutality to me.
The police in this situation made things worse by their actions.

Although neither tape shows the incident from the start, the "restraint" this guy showed is why cops often get such a bad rap. Officer 2 had the WHITE girl after Officer 1 slapped her. If he (Officer 1) had any restraint whatsoever, he would have returned to dealing with the black girl. Instead, he stands and drills the white girl in the face. The cop lost his cool, plain and simple.

With great power comes great responsibility. Cop lost his cool, no reason to punch the girl in the face.
