Sometimes we get freezing temps here in P'cola.
An elevated deck as described does not get any warmth from the earth to keep it from freezing.
I would not trust a tiled deck, exposed to the weather to protect what is underneath from getting water penetration after being frozen a couple of times.
And when it freezes with any moisture under the tile, they will pop off.
a likes this.

Get legal or get out.

Heavily fine or put in jail the ones hiring illegals.
Soon there would be way less illegals.

How do you know when Trump is doing something right????

When the D.C. status quo elite stuck in the mud out-of-touch pansies are crying foul at everything Trump is doing.

The quote works out to 816 sq. ft. you only need 1/4th of that.

Did not get decking as we are going with slab on grade house with slab on grade veranda instead. We were thinking about elevating the house about three feet but are not going that route now.
So can't tell you about performance and noise, etc.
Contact them and they should be able to provide area customers whom might be willing to talk to you or show you?

Don't make it complicated. Go with the Sonoguard system. Easiset to maintain, most reliable, and cheapest.

Most important thing is to make sure a professional installs it and that it is flashed correctly, no matter what system you use.
