Default Copperheaded rattlemouth pics

Caught this gut at my next door neighbors house. His wife found him coiled up by the pool pump when she tried to turn it on this morning. Have caught and handled snakes my whole life but have problems id'ing copper heads from young water mocs.

That is a good size copperhead. I give you credit because at my house he would not have a head on him any more. I have a lot of kids in the area and would hate to see one get bite.

That's not a copperhead, it's a young water moccasin.
