Do yourself a favor and see your primary care doctor first , chiropractors will try to milk you for everything you have.

Dr. Likens and Dr. Baldwin will hook you up. They are great and only care about you feeling better. http://www.chiropracticsolutionsofpensacola.com/ Great guys and very friendly.

I have had chronic lower back problems all of my life due to a spinal curvature and have found that most chiropractors are professional and caring people. Granted, there are quacks out there who will "milk you for everything you have" but there are primary care givers who will do the same thing. It's only smart to check on their reputation, credentials, and history with other patients before forking over "everything you have" so take the time to hear what others say about the chiropractors in your area.

One rather new technological advance that has worked miracles on my back and is used by Waterside Chiropractic here in Okaloosa county is called the "ProAdjuster". I won't attempt to try to explain the workings of this near "miracle" machine to anyone on here but, if you find a chiropractor who uses this technique, try him/her out first!! I can't recommend the use of the ProAdjuster too highly as it has done so much good for my lower back that I feel like a different man!!

I also have back problems ,but chiropractors don't do mri, they use xrays which cannot see soft tissue Like the discs or muscle and allignments only offer temporary relief that's why they keep having you come back for allignments. I agree that there are some docs out there that will "try to milk you for everything you've got" but they are a lot less of them than the chiropractors who do 90% of there work for clients of ambulance chasing lawyers who send them to them to rack up a huge bill so they can sue the poor bastard that hit them. I guess I'm weird but ill stick with the real doc

Its a drive from Milton/Pace, but Dr. Lee in Bluewater Bay, Niceville is awesome. My wife see's here along with a pile of my friends and she truely cares for her patients and her equipment and dedication is top notch.

I don't have anywhere near the back problems that some of you are describing but a few years ago I could barely get up out of the bed. I thought something terrible was happening to me but I seemed better after I walked around some. I spent a couple of days at my dad's house and slept on one of those NASA foam mattresses and noticed that I didn't ache when I got up in the morning so I bought myself one and my back problems have about gone away. I'm not sure if this would help your situation but it sure helped me.
