You'll never win over a Doubting-Thomas with generalized claims. Pick one... remember this CH, always follow the money. That's where the answers are always found.

Follow the power and money is the answer. It's all global governance. The climate cons want the US to stop all economic growth for the next 20 years to save the planet. And of course submit to whatever "climate" saving rules the UN dictates.

Plenty more where those come from.

When I was a kid in the early 70's we were told to prepare for the coming ice age due to the pollutants blocking the sun.

I'd cast a bigger net than "this year" before I went to G.Q. on climate change.

Instant global media = more perceived disasters around the world.

Just 10-12,000 years ago the Earth was in a full blown ice age. Warm Sunny Florida was cold and wolly mammoths roamed down here. That wasnt that long ago, heck people where here killing them.

The Earth changes. To say that humans in just the last last 200 years or so since the Industrial Revolution have had such a great impact on this giant rock we live on is pretty conceited dont you think?
