Default RE: build a web site

I just recently built one for my rental house here in Destin. Never done it before. But log on to Yahoo, scroll down a little and they sponsor web sites. Think it is around $11 a month and i got pretty much unlimited space. They have different tools to use to build your own, I started with Site Builder which has template that you pretty much just fill in the spaces. Now am using Site solution which gives you a little more freedom in designing it.

Let me say i am not that computer or internet savy, but it worked for me and am completely satisfied. You log in to their site and enter the web site address you want and they will tell you if it is taken or not.

There are a lot more ways and programs to do it, but the Yahoo worked for me if you want to do it yourself.

Default RE: build a web site

For my main web site http://www.baywatchtowers.comI use the following programs, Paint Shop Pro ( graphics ), Ipswitch ( FTP ), Note Tap Pro ( code ), I just use simple html, css, codes. I also just started a new business http://www.baywatcharms.com , for this one I am using the same as above, but with the addition of MIVA Merchant e-commerce, It is quite a bit more difficult to use, for me anyway. I am still working on this site. Hoping to have it up and running by the first of September. As far as pricing goes. I use Earthlink for my host. They charge me $19.95 for a starter site (Baywatch Towerss), and $99.95 for te e-commerce site.
