Default bmw 325 i

i am currently looking at a bmw 325 i for a purchase. it an 04 and has 49521 miles. its a one owner and a very nice looking vehicle. problem is i do not know one freaking thing about BMW vehicles. i dont know anybody that has ever owned one. they have always been out of my price range. i can get a good deal on this one. i know the owner and she has taken care of it. i just dont have any information about longevity and reliance. any suggestions , pro or con, please feel free to tell me your honest opinion. Thanks.

BMW's are extremely reliable, and extremely high quality cars, but if something goes wrong, It will cost you beyond your belief!!!!! Bring My Wallet!!!!! I had to replace an automatic radio antenna, and it was $125.00 and that was 2yrs ago, imagine what it is now!!!! Ask yourself is this a car that I can afford repairs on, that is what people forget about.
