Default Bike Week

I am thinking about riding down for a weekend.

Anybody else going or want to?

Thanks

Every year for the past 8, stay in Astor away from the madness on the St Johns River.

I ride down with 5-6 buddies, no trailer queers here, although the main reason that we ride is that we don't ride Hardley Able to's

Well...rode my Hardley Ableto from Detroit down to Daytona for Biketoberfest in 1998. Was a blast. Sky, I stayed in the KOA in New Smryna. They had the little huts on stilts for pretty cheap. Was cool. Ended up stayin about 3 weeks till I was flat broke. Got a bunch of pics somewhere around here.

And Skippy...you don't need a trailer when your bike has more gadgets than a trailer, or a car for that matter! oke

When is bike week? I liked the biketoberfest, cuz it was a lil smaller, and less yuppies falling over at traffic lights trying to come to a stop.:doh

That's why my bike is called the Enterprise, I'll be there the 4th-6th of March, get to see the Supercross and the Daytona 200 that way, and Clay, yours is a ghetto tough, monkey bike Harley, all attitude, not one of those 1,000lb 45hp waste of space, under engineered, over priced, chrome and leather queenies. :shedevil

I will agree with you on that Skippy! Your bike is functional. I have (as you know) distaste for the ones you described.

Sky, I might go if nothing going that week. Let me see if Renee wants to go. Gotta get me some ol leather saddle bags to throw over the back.

Got a 1/2" piece of brass round stock, and am going to bend up a sweet sissy bar. Will be good to strap a bedroll to.

Clay, there is another cottage next to mine, same owners, $100/night 3 night minimum, sleeps 6-8, maybe we can get Fritz and a few others down there, let me know and I'll send you the number, sent the link to your PM box.

Clay, by the way, Lane will be there with us, if it is just you, we have a couch you can use, and ride down with us, no females allowed in the man cave that time of year, any other time sure, just not then.
