Must have in order would be a plate setter, rib rack, and the tool to clean out the bottom.

No need to call around, Sky will have the best price at Escambia Electric in downtown Pcola. As fer acces... Plate setter, ash tool, pizza stone (not just pizza, breads too).
The rib rack is great too, but some folks like laying the ribs flat on the grill. I have a rib rack and use it ALL the time! Get 1 of them cheapo grill cleaner brushes too.!!!

You will not be dissapointed!!!!

The flexible stainless steel skewers are pretty neat too.
And a long handled spatula and tong set. The short 12"
ones will leave you with 3rd degree burns cooking steaks

Make sure the firebox is put in right and the lid rings will be a learning experience......It took me about an hour to put mine together but I didn't watch the DVD....Might use a laptop and have it outside where you are gonna have it to help out.....

Like Chase said too....I forgot the electric starter. That's a must have. When you start cooking on it, believe me that you'll wonder how you made it without it!!!!!

Welcome to the club....also believe it or not there is a website just fer EGG'rs!!!
www.eggheadforum.com I'm on there w/ JaiBo being my screen name!!!!
