Default On a bender!!!!!

You will need an extra 2 feet for us to make a bend template. We can bend it to the nearest 1/32 inch.. You still got that bike???

Default On A Bender (part 2)

Mandrel benders tend to wrinkle the tube in the inside of the bend and also the clamp that grips the piece will bruise or slightly deform the metal!

I need to bend 2 pieces. 12 foot measurement on the inside from one side to the other. That means I need 2 sticks of 16'? And yes, I still have the bike.

Call a muffler shop, Sometimes they have the dies for square tubing depending on the diameter and something they want charge you too much maybe $10-$15 if that.

They will come in 20 ft sticks maybe 24's. Thinner wall on 1 inch radiased corners (bends cleaner and won't chamfer canvas and the paint sticks better) I think is around $200 from my wholesaler! They will deliver daily. Stop by tomarrow arternoon after 2 and we can play with some other drops in the shop. I will be in Orange Beach most of the morning.
