I was wrong about stage position yesterday. The stage will be at the end of willing st. with the bands facing the river. If it was to rain and the grassy area be to went then they will set it up behinde the court house in the parking lot.

You would probably have to call the City of Milton office to be sure but I know there were quite a few people with dogs on leashes at the Riverwalk Arts Festival a couple of months ago at the same location. I would think if they allowed them then it wouldn't be a problem now. Better double check though.
