Default Auburn V.S Oregon

Having a debate with my friends about who would win IF Auburn played Oregon. I know its hypothetical but I would love yalls opinions. Thanks. By the way I pick Oregon.

Auburn has won some HUGE games already but Oregon is the fastest team in the US. Right now I'm unsure but we should know by next week b/c I think Oregon plays USC this week. Auburn is due and they stack up well against Oregon and BSU. There is really nobody that can jump Auburn in the top 2 if they beat Bama. I've always been a big fan and hope they can do it this year.

I'd take oregon in a shootout. The ducks can score in one play, the "kitty pigeons from the vacant lot" seem to sustain long drives.

In a shootout I'll take the quick strike team.

It just seems like Oregons offence is more rounded. Like on 3 and 4's and 3 and 2's all you see is Cam running it for the first for Auburn. I mean dont change the style if its working for you but Oregon could either do a short pass, run, or qb sneak it to get the 1st. I think this would be the most watched game all season if it actually happened.

SEC speed and defense would kill Oregon.Even commentators have said Masoli does not even look as fast now since he left Oregon.Auburns Defense practices every week against a fast pace offense.I am looking foward to the Ole Miss game and not worried about Oregon right now.One week at a time.

T.Zachery makes first downs,Mike Dyer makes first downs,D.Adams makes first downs,Fannin in the flat makes first downs,E.Blake makes first downs but heck, you have the Heisman candidate that cannot be stopped, why risk an intereception or fumble.

i just wish fannin would hold onto the ball. those fumbles kill me. i really like dyer, he looks really solid. te thing that aggravates me the most, is that you find few people that will give auburn and cam newton credit for what they have done. mostly done by alabama fans because they hild this record and that record.....thats all fine and good, but give credit where credit is do and move on.
