Default anyone licensed to do sea walls?

i have a chance to bid on a home in milton of garcon pt road. and they are requesting interior work and a bid to repair the sea wall on the canal, i have looked at the wall and its made of the courgated metal that is slid together and locked then top boards to cap it off, its got aprox 7 ft. pushed out at the bottom on one side of the dock and you can see the massive void behind the wall on the land side and on the other side is another 5-8 ft with the same thing where the wall is washed out at the bottom.
if you are liccensed to do seawalls and would like to join me on biding this out send me a meassage and we can get the address and go from there but i do need the bid asap

and i cant speak for them but i would guess they probably dont want to contract with a sub that deals with an out of town GC that has a fannie mae ID # to do work here, esp with the payment terms and the time frames. gonna be hard to find period in these times. if i have crossed scopes my apologies.

thats where im confused with them myself, i told all details and when it comes to outsourced labor/work its not a deal of waiting for payment, payment is upon completion just like it should be not 30 days later or something like that.and after swaping information ect. they did say they would like to give a bid for the wall i know the way i work and promote my business if i say ill submit a bid i will atleast do the bid and if when i get there decide its not for me or someone i know ill let the person know that or if i simply dont want to do it ill shot the bid so high in hopes of never geting the work and if i do get it , it will be worth my while and headaches attached.

dales may be a good company so im not saying anything about their work but my personal request isnt so good
