Boise State looked like they belonged on the field with any team in the country last night. The question is could they do that in a league where they have 5,6,7 tough games each year? It's easier to get up for 1 1/2 games a year plus a bowl game. They shouldn't act like they should be considered in the same light as any of the Automatic Bid Conferences who have to play near perfect ball each and every week.

Boise simply doesn't have the depth to be in a real conference and play a tough schedule and then make it to the big dance.

Oh Pat, we might have a few folks go to Barbour County WMA this year, maybe we can meet up and hunt a little.

Bring it on Chase,
There are some nice bucks there.
Let me know what dates ya'll are coming, and how many there are.
Our cabin is only 1.5 mile west of the Barbour WMA property.
I've been pretty successful the few times I've hunted it.

The local Miami guys are already blaming bad play on the weather! The fricken game has not even been played yet! Going to get some lobster. Wish me luck!

Not saying Boise didn't deserve to win, and didn't play extremely well, but Beamer and Foster got outcoached. WTF were they running prevent for against a Hesiman QB? Why did they throw the ball on 3rd and 8 with 2:00 left? Why did the safeties press on Boise's game winning TD? Kellen Moore saw that, and knew he had the TD. Nobody was downfield. Stupid playcalling costs you games. I thought both teams looked pretty evenly matched and I don't see this as a huge loss for the ACC, but that's my biased opinion. Same goes for UNC, they played their asses off with 1/2 of a team.
