Default Woodland/Hoffman Bayou Area

Hey guys the wife and I are looking at buying a house on woodland bayou in Gulf Breeze, does anyaone happen to live there or are familiar with the area? Does anyone have kids that go to school at Gulf Breeze? Has anyone actually had their boat back in woodland bayou...if so how deep is it, my boat has a 3 ft draft so I know it's going to be close. Any and all comments are welcome good and bad. Thanks PFF

Woodland Bayou is deep. There are several large boats back in there. Great school, excellent town. I am 40 years old and have lived there most of my life. Not planning on leaving.

Thanks Sashay, everyone says the schools are awesome! I was concerned about getting my boat (36 Tiara) back in there....we are schedulded to look at a house on Woodland bayou tomorrow, I think I will take the Kayak over that way today and check it out from the water. Anyone else been over that way?

You won't have a problem with a 36 Tiara. There is at least one 60' sport fisher all the way in the back, by the park

Slap a nice bright light on the end of the dock and I'll stop by all the time
